Rooms and visitors
All the rooms have a safe box, television, telephone and wi-fi. Potted plants are not allowed in rooms or in the Clinic for hygienic reasons. Flower bouquets will be limited to a maximum of 2 inside each room.
To connect the television, ask for information from the staff on the floor.
To make a call outside the clinic, you must dial 9 and if you want to speak with the Clinic switchboard dial 8.
Patient meals: Patient meal times have been established at:
Breakfast | From 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM. |
Lunch | From 12:40 PM to 1:40 PM. |
Snack | From 3:45 PM to 5 PM. |
Dinner | From 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM. |
Our menu for patients has several dishes to chose from, always when your medical prescription so allows.
If you require a special diet due to allergies or food intolerance, please tell the nursing staff.
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is an area with restricted access for family members and companions.
When a patient is transferred from a regular room to the ICU, family members and companions must vacate the room so that it may be used by other patients. When the patient is discharged from the ICU, a new room will be assigned.

Evening | From 6:45 PM to 7:30 PM |
Stay in the Neonatology Unit
Newborns who are located in this unit need silence and comfort, and therefore the neonatology department has its own rules and visiting hours. If necessary, the nursing staff on the maternity ward can attend to your questions and requests.
Visiting hours are from 12:30 PM to 1 PM and from 8 PM to 8:30 PM.
The mother and/or father may also enter the neonatology unit from: 4 PM to 5 PM, 7 PM to 8 PM and 10 PM to 11 PM
